From Athens including the North Atlanta area
Pointe Shores is 56 miles from the Athens airport. From Athens loop 10 take Hwy 78E to Washington. At the first light on the bypass, turn Left on Hwy 44, which turns back immediately Right, continue on Hwy 44 E 14 miles to the intersection with Hwy 79. Go straight across Hwy 79, Hwy 44 becomes Graball Road, go 1.2 miles, Pointe Shores entrance is on the Right.

From downtown Atlanta
Take I-20E to Thomson, Georgia, exit 172, Hwy 78. Turn Left onto Hwy 78/10, go 2 miles, turn Right onto Hwy 43 to Lincolnton. In Lincolnton take Hwy 378E 1 mile, turn Left onto Hwy 79 N. Go 12.5 miles to the intersection with Hwy 44, Turn Right onto Graball Road, Pointe Shores entrance is 1.2 miles on the Right.

From Augusta, Georgia and the adjoining South Carolina area
From I-20 take Hwy 47/104, (Washington Rd), NE to Lincolnton. Turn Right onto Hwy 378 E, go 1 mile, turn Left onto Hwy 79, go 12.5 miles to the intersection with Hwy 44. Turn Right onto Graball Road, Pointe Shores entrance is 1.2 miles on the Right.
